How did I get infected with Secury Search?
How did you get stuck with Secury Search? Well, there are a few ways for the tool to end up on your PC. One is legitimate. Or, so it would have you believe. The program’s official website is Securysearch.com. You can download it off there. Experts’ advice is NOT to do that! The program does nothing but cause trouble. Don’t, willingly, sign up for it. The other way of infiltration, is via slyness and finesse. The tool tricks you into installing it, while keeping you clueless. The old but gold means, come in quite handy, to assist its invasion. The program can lurk behind corrupted links, spam emails, freeware. It can even disguise itself as a fake update. And, if you’re not attentive enough, you allow it into your system. Not being careful enough to spot it in its sneaky attempts, and prevent its access. Infections, like Secury Search, prey on user carelessness. Do NOT grant it! Always apply extra attention when installing tools, updates, anything, into your PC. Take the time to do your due diligence. Read the terms and conditions, double-check everything. Know what you agree to allow inside. Even a little extra caution goes a long way. The lack thereof is a one-way street to infections.
Why is Secury Search dangerous?
Secury Search is an ad-supported program. That means, its entire existence rests on revenue. The tool has to make money for the people that published it. Otherwise, they take it down. So, the application floods your screen with ads. It redirects you to suspicious links. All, in the hopes of, generating web traffic and pay-per-click profit. That’s what counts. That’s what helps it survive, and continue its operations. To avoid the fate of oblivion, the tool does its homework. Don’t think you see anything random. Nothing got chosen at random. All, the tool throws at you, got selected for you, and you alone. Before beginning its bombardment of intrusions, Secury Search spies on you. It tracks your browsing activities to study you. Once it gets a better grasp of your preferences, it begins to intrude. It displays only things, you’ll find enticing, and click on. Every online move you make, gets intercepted with sponsored content. No matter how appealing it seems, do NOT press anything! Clicks only worsen your predicament. But even the dangers, lurking behind the malicious links and ads, pale in comparison. The worst part, you face, is the privacy threat. The tool doesn’t only monitor your browsing, it records it. It catalogs your activities, only to, then, expose the stolen information. After it gets a hold of enough data, it sends it to the third parties behind it. Don’t allow strangers access to your personal and financial details. Keep your privacy private. Delete the nasty tool at once.
