PremierOpinion is an adware application. It’s a potentially unwanted program with grand capabilities of causing harm. After the PUP manages to slither its way into your system, it starts wreaking havoc and making a mess. At first, you won’t even know there’s a hazardous infection on your PC, it’s so sly when it infiltrates your system. It usually reveals its presence when it begins to bombard you with pop-up ads incessantly. Each and every time you try to browse the web, you’ll be interrupted by a full-on myriad of pop-ups. But that won’t just be annoying. It will also be quite harmful. That’s because the continuous appearance of the ads ends up slowing down your computer’s performance to a crawl, and causing your system to crash frequently. What’s more, the ads present you with a severe malware risk as they’re immensely unreliable. If you press a single pop-up, be it by choice or accident, you’ll unwillingly agree to install more malevolent tools on your PC. But even that pales in comparison to the security threat the application places upon you. PremierOpinion spies on you in an attempt to steal your private details and then send it to the unknown third parties that published it. Are you willing to gamble with your financial and personal information for a program that’s useless and damaging? PremierOpinion is not worth it. Delete it the first chance you get. You won’t regret it.

How did I get infected with?

PremierOpinion is a sly and deceitful program. It’s quite resourceful in its methods of invasion. More often than not, it turns to freeware as a means of sneaking into your system undetected. Oh, yes – undetected. The application not only infects your system, but it does so without you even realizing it. It tricks you into holding the door for it as it parades right through, and you don’t even see it. With freeware, that’s pretty easy because most users don’t pay nearly as enough attention as they should during its installation. They rush the whole process and don’t even bother reading the terms and conditions. Instead, they just agree to all of them and hope for the best. Well, that’s a horrible strategy with dreadful consequences. If you wish to end up with adware such as PremierOpinion, that’s one way to do it. But if you want to keep the PUP away from your computer, be more careful! Don’t rush and don’t throw caution to the wind. Try to remember that naivety, haste, and distraction are NOT your friends. Treat them as enemies and you might just manage to keep your PC adware-free.

Why are these ads dangerous?

PremierOpinion is an ad-supported application, which it why it floods you with endless waterfalls of pop-ups. That means that if the program is to continue its operations, it’s required to generate web traffic and pay-per-click revenue for the unknown individuals that support it. If it fails to do so, they take it down. So, each ad, you’re foolish enough to click on, helps it live to see another day. To increase its chances of success, the tool does its homework on you. It doesn’t just throw random ads at you. Oh, no. It studies you. The program monitors your browsing habits until it’s able to determine what your preferences include. Then it selects ads, which corresponds to your unique interests and have the best chances of sparking your interest and result in a click, i.e. cash. No matter how enticing the ads seem, do NOT click on them! A click will only result in more unwanted malware installs. Unfortunately, that’s not the worst part of getting stuck with adware like PremierOpinion. The most unfavorable issue you’ll be faced with will be the grave security risk it will present you with. Once the tool enters your system, it starts to spy on you. It keeps track of every move you make and catalogs it. Then, when it deems it has collected enough data from you, it sends it to the people behind it, who can use it as they see fit. Do you think that will end well? Are you ready to hand your private life to strangers with unclear intentions? Do yourself a favor, and delete PremierOpinion at once. It’s for the best.
