You are in for trouble! Your computer harbors adware. A parasite lurks in the shadows of your OS and wreaks utter havoc. The intruder follows programming to interfere with your every online activity. Whether you watch a video or browse your favorite website, this parasite is always there to annoy you. It inserts banners on every website you visit, opens pop-ups, plays commercials. And it doesn’t stop here! The parasite also redirects your web browser to sponsored websites, as well as turns random text into hyperlinks. Click nothing, of course! You can’t expect the adware to be safe, much less trustworthy. Its “Powered by Newsfrog.me” pop-ups, banners, and hyperlinks are often deceptive and malicious. They arise unwarranted expectations at best. At worst, they lure people into sharing sensitive information, downloading malware, or subscribing to unneeded and overpriced services. Don’t risk falling into online traps! Remove the parasite now. Find where this menace lurks and delete it upon detection.
How did I get infected with?
Adware redirects your browser to the Newsfrog.me website. This parasite corrupts your app and ruins your web browsing. Don’t, however, imagine cyber-attacks. The adware is not an ingenious virus but a standard application. It needs you (the user) to approve its access. No permission, no admission. The adware can’t get installed without your “yes.” The parasite, of course, knows how to steal your permission. It does so through bundles, fake updates, corrupted links, and pirated software. It hides in the fine print and infects your computer when you throw caution to the wind. Don’t make that mistake! No anti-virus app can protect you if you act recklessly. Only your diligence can prevent infections. Even a little extra attention can spare you an avalanche of problems, so don’t be lazy. Always take the time to do your part! Don’t visit questionable websites. Download software and updates from reliable sources only. And, of course, don’t skip installation steps. If available, use the advanced/custom setup option. Deselect the bonus software and go through the terms and conditions. Don’t hesitate to abort an installation process if you notice anything suspicious!
Why is this dangerous?
The Newsfrog.me ads are a plague. They cover every website you visit, pop up out of the blue, pause your videos. You can’t so much as touch your browser without getting flooded with them. They are annoying and irritating. Their vast number burdens your browser and make it prone to freezing and crashes. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. All these issues are merely symptoms. You can notice the true nature of the corruption only if you take a close look at the “Powered by Newsfrog.me” ads. You are under surveillance! The numerous banners, hyperlinks, and pop-ups are not random but based on the websites you visit the links you follow the videos you watch. That’s how the parasite operates. It studies your browsing habits and uses your preferences against you. Do you think that ends well? Do you believe that the parasite collects information for advertising purposes only? Don’t fool yourself! Not only does the parasite use the information to turn you into an easy target but it also sells the data on the black market. If you run out of luck, its practices could lead to data leaks. Protect yourself! Remove the parasite ASAP! That’s your best course of action, so don’t waste time. Delete the parasite for good!
