How did I get infected with?
Deal Mine resorts to the usual antics so as to gain access to your system. The tool may be required to seek your approval before it installs itself on your PC, but don’t think this will help you in any way because it won’t. The program is so resourceful and masterful in its trickery that this minor detail doesn’t slow it down one bit. You won’t even see it coming. In fact, the application is so skilled in the arts of deceit that, it not only dupes you into allowing it in, but also keeps you oblivious that you did. Deal Mine prays on deception, naivety, and haste. It uses the old but gold methods of invasion to sneak in undetected. More often than not, it hitches a ride with freeware or hides behind corrupted links or websites, or spam email attachments. It can also pose as a bogus system or program update. For example, you might be utterly convinced that you’re updating your Java or Adobe Flash Player, but, in actuality, you’re giving the green light to a harmful adware tool. If you wish to avoid getting stuck with Deal Mine and be forced to deal with its never-ending daily messes, be sure to be more careful and don’t rush! Remember, a little extra attention can go a long, long way.
Why are these ads dangerous?
Deal Mine is presented as a helpful tool that allows you to save money. Supposedly, it shows you all the best deals and bargains, and also provides you with coupons for various online sales. But is that so? Unfortunately, once you take a closer look at the fine print, it turns out that it’s not. It’s nothing more than a mere marketing ploy. Past the smoke and mirrors of advertisement, it becomes evident that the application does NOT help you one bit. In fact, it harms you as it’s designed to use you to make money, not assist you in saving them. The application bombards you with so many pop-ups because it’s ad-supported. That means that if it is to proceed with its operations, it’s required to generate web traffic and pay-per-click revenue for the people behind it. If it fails to do so, it ceases to exist. That’s why the tool leaves nothing to chance! As soon as it latches onto your system, it starts to observe your online habits so as to get to know you better. Once it determines what you like and dislike, it commences to flood you with the “appropriate” ads. Ads, which it believes will spark your interest and result in a click, i.e. cash. But, whatever you do, do NOT click on these pop-ups! If you do, you’ll unwillingly agree to install more malware on your PC. But what’s even worse than the unwanted malware is the fact that the program jeopardizes your privacy. It doesn’t merely monitor your browsing activities. It keeps a thorough record of every move you make, and then sends the collected information to the unknown third parties behind it. After they have it, they can use it as they see fit. Are you willing to hand your personal and financial details to strangers? Think long and hard before you decide. It’s best to protect yourself and your PC by getting rid of Deal Mine as soon as possible!
