• Open IE
• On the Upper Right Corner Click on the Gear Icon
• Go to Toolbars and Extensions
• Disable any suspicious extension.

• Select the Advanced tab and click on Reset.

• Check the “Delete Personal Settings Tab” and then Reset

• Close IE

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\ClickCaption\or C:\Program Files\ClickCaption\ and delete the folder.

Clean your TEMP folder as well as erase the C:\programdata\ClickCaption folder

Erase the following CLSID {A18EA34C-6D33-4298-8A54-7F16499904C0} from your windows registry.
