Can’t Remove Idle Buddy? This page includes detailed Idle Buddy Removal instructions!
Idle Buddy is an aggressive coin miner. It’s a Trojan Horse which forces your computer to mine digital currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, and others. This virus sneaks into your computer through deception and spreads its roots around your entire OS. It alters settings, modifies the registry, drops files and starts malicious processes. These operations, of course, happen without any noticeable symptoms. You cannot catch the virus in time to prevent its infiltration. Once Idle Buddy gets your OS under control, though, its behavior changes. The Trojan affects every aspect of your day to day PC-related activities. It doesn’t matter whether you browse your favorite website or edit a document, errors and malfunctions interrupt you constantly. Your computer becomes slow and unresponsive, your apps freeze and crash, errors pop up out of the blue. You may find yourself forced to reboot your OS repeatedly. A simple restart, however, won’t fix your problems. The Trojan loads together with your OS and always runs in the background. This virus lurks in the shadows of your operating system and forces your machine to mine non-stop. And if you are not sure, that’s bad! The crooks use the Trojan to steal your computer resources because the mining process causes hardware damage. The mining overloads both your CPU and GPU and causes overheating. Over time, this leads to serious, irreparable damage. Do not put up with this situation! Your best course of action is the immediate removal of the virus! Find where Idle Buddy lurks and delete it upon detection. The sooner you clean your OS, the better!
How did I get infected with Idle Buddy?
Freeware, corrupted links, spam messages, malicious websites, pirated software. There are myriads of Trojan distribution strategies. And Idle Buddy uses all known tricks. This virus lurks in the shadows and waits for you to let your guard down. Do not make that mistake! No anti-virus app can protect you if you throw caution to the wind. Only your vigilance can keep your PC free of infections. Even a little extra attention can spare you an avalanche of problems. So, don’t give into naivety. Always take the time to do your due diligence. Don’t visit questionable websites. Download software and updates from reputable sources only. And, of course, be very careful with your inbox. Did you know that the good old spam emails are still the number one cause of virus infections? Don’t test your luck. Whether it’s an instant message or an email, treat all unexpected messages as potential threats. Always verify their senders. If, for example, you receive an email from an organization, go to their official website. Compare the email addresses listed there to the suspicious one. If they don’t match, delete the pretender. You can also enter the suspicious addresses into a search engine. If they were used for questionable activities, someone might have complained online.
Why is Idle Buddy dangerous?
Idle Buddy is not a typical Trojan. This virus doesn’t target your personal data. It is after your computer resources. Idle Buddy steals your CPU power. The virus turns your device into mindless coin miner. The Trojan takes everything your machine has to offer and leaves nothing for you. Thus, it causes your computer to underperform, to freeze and crash frequently. And as if that’s not bad enough, but the Trojan also messes with essential system directories and is likely to affect your applications. You might experience software malfunctions and errors. That’s just the tip of the iceberg, though! The corruption that spreads in the shadows is far more dangerous. Idle Buddy’s aggressive mining wears out your hardware and threatens to shorten your CPU’s life significantly. The virus threatens to cause irreparable hardware damage. You risk ending up with an unusable device. The coin mining is profitable only if you don’t use your own resources. The people behind Idle Buddy make a mint while you take the risks and endure the side effects. Do not become a sponsor of these criminals. Take action against their Trojan. Remove Idle Buddy the first chance you get!
