Each time you open a new tab, surf the web, pretty much every time you do anything on your PC, you’ll see the page. It will pop up, and interrupt your activities. Simultaneously press the Windows Logo Button and then “R” to open the Run Command Window

 

Type “regedit”

 

navigate to HKCU\software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
